Abstracts should be submitted in English language via the online submission system on the conference website. Abstracts should not exceed 350 words (excluding authors and affiliations).
Upon submitting the abstract, authors will be asked to indicate for which session they wish to submit their abstract.
Accepted abstracts will be printed in the electronic conference book. For formatting purposes they must only be submitted using the “Submit” button at the bottom of this page. Before submitting your abstract, please check the format.
You can view, edit or delete your abstract as long as it has not been approved by the administrator. After this time, please send an email to email@example.com for opening temporarily access rights.
Only abstracts of active participants will be printed in the electronic conference book.
2) Abstract Review and Selection Process
All abstracts submitted to the conference will go through a peer-review process carried out by the conference Scientific Committee.
14 short talks will be selected among the abstracts submitted to the meeting. The remaining accepted abstracts will be selected for presentation in the poster sessions.
The conference Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject low quality abstracts, as well as those not pertinent to the themes of the conference.
All presenting authors for oral and poster presentations will be notified by email by May 23, 2017 at the latest.
Abstracts selected for poster presentation will be displayed during the poster sessions. Please note that the posters size should not exceed 1 meter (3.3 feet) high by 0.70 meter (2.4 feet) wide.
We recommend to presenting authors of abstract to register and pay the registration fee online before submitting an abstract in order to confirm their registration and ensure their attendance to the conference. The payment can be done once the abstract has been accepted .
